If there is some tapped holes in the flywheel a plate and slide hammer is your best option.
use a puller or risk f*&^%ing the flywheel and even worse, the crank.

a puller is the only way to get these off, what are you doing ? advancing the timing?
Right got it taken off by a mechanic, which was a bitch of a thing for even them to pull off.... the magnets had delaminated and destroyed the charging system......sigh.....whole new flywheel for me
Anyone know of anyone with a 89 RGV250K flywheel?
Hmmmm here are some photos...
The numbers on the flywheel are GP9146 H6
No, about the same.
And on the positive side.
1) Much quicker.
2) Excellent stock.
3) Not too lazy to get off their arse and check before saying no.
4) Honest - i.e. they fuck it up (once only mind you) they simply sent the correct one no question.
5) Easier to contact as they actually keep regular hours.
