And an offer to pimp me out sent via PM, as well as the suggestion I was an easy lay.

So, er, yeah. Said as a throwaway comment, based on last night's suggestion that you wanted a fuck.

Last night when i was home with my girlfriend...

    Right.

    oh lord.

Yes Mark. It's not what you said, but the fact you threw your toys out the pram later when I made a joke relating to such. I have no issue with your comments on the other thread, but to pretend they didn't exist? On a messageboard with a search function? For real?

    That's just silly.

Now, get off my (relatively) serious thread or contribute properly.

you said that there was some bending etc on your bike, I would imagine that someone on here has, or is by trade a welder, your frame is probably aluminium? so a tig welder and a very small amount of time will fix or replace that. You may even find either a) aluminium tube the right size or b) a randon frame at a junkyard from which you can cut the required peices and replace bent parts of your chassis?
I would be glad to help if I could, I used to help my old boss build custom choppers!! (much fun building bikes from scratch)
I may have already missed what Im about to post, but in case it hasnt been done yet, perhaps you could post a link to a heap of photos showing the damage (minus fairings) and a full list of bits that are fucked and need replacing, you will likely get a heap of the required peices from kind people on here, I have in the past benefitted from the generosity of KB members when repairing damaged bikes!!!
Best of luck with the project! I look forward to seeing updates
p.s. SF is the way to go, and I propose that ALL women agree to ride naked from now on. . . . . . . . .

I have had a load of offers from the good peeps of KB, for which I extend my heartfelt thanks

There is now a plan afoot to rescue the noble Tox and have her ride again!!

I think it's only fair that her resurrection be documented, any more a KB bike and I'll repaint her black and gold...

    i run a workshop

i have resurrected many a ZZR 250 from almost written off-ness(what is it about them that attracts them groundwards??)

i may have a few bits laying about, freight to the NI would be the only drawback i guess.

other than that, happy to answer any questions re putting it back together(or taking it apart)

and there will be no double entendres or sniggering either

Suspension softer than a fine brie that's at the runny stage?

That is very, very generous, thank you I am stunned that there would be no double entendres either, I feel I have lowered the tone here somewhat. Do you have any pics of ZZRs that are streetfightered? (I love that term, makes me think of hours spent kicking arse on the Amiga 600)

Getting this bike back on the road is a proper team effort, KB should be rightly proud of itself for being so damn supportive...
