    tool boxes

have seen some on KLR's on adv rider somewhere. They are just tubes that you take one end off, (sorta like a poster tube?) Mounted in the same place laterally across the frame. To be completely francis I reckon they are too vulnerable there.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

If you wan't basicerer I could hook you up with a bit of 4 inch sewer pipe, cap on one end and screw on lid on t'other.
How you mount it(stick it on ya bike i mean) is up to you
Or you could use pressure pipe but that starts to get kinda pricey
Hang about, I think we have some old hunks of alloy irrigation pipe at work,Hmmmmm, know anyone who could weld that ?
    Where's that video footage BTW

Yah I've seen the tube type ones but maybe will look at a box type one. The tube type seem too vulnerable & since I need a new bahplate I might learn how to weld ali

    video won't be soon unfortunately

Fabulous country; I could play guide for a lot of that, and happy to lead you all in to trouble for the rest!

A lot of that territory is regularly used for the Grand Challenge, which starts & ends at Turangi.
    Cheers,

Go on ya know ya wanna . All meet in picton for the 10am sailing on Friday. Ride to Ohakune/Tamranui for the friday night. 7.30/8pm ish start Sat to get to Otorohanga. Do the ride. Back to Welly on Sunday evening and you lot could probably bugger off across to NN. I'm thinking I might stay with Jeza in PPram then ferry monday morning.

    Cheers R

I've just been looking at the NN motorcycle club's web site and noticed a "Heaphy Track trailride" on 1 April, anyone know what it's all about?

"Trials Tyres essential", sounds perfect for a few overweight adv bikes
