All that praise must have gone to their heads because they are ticketing bikes on the pavement again. They really are a bunch of fuck heads.

Ok ... parking enforcement is contracted and is not the council. If you have a problem either complain to the council or to Parkwise ... get a proper response and make sure that it is in writing.

Can you park your bike anywhere after hours? (aka 6pm or weekend)? Footpath in weekend? In alleyway? Anyone has been ticketed for doing those?

Those loading zones and 5 minutes only parking spots are fine to park in by anybody after hours. The footpaths are not legal to park on and you could be fined for it - whether you would, I don't know.

Yes, but remember that, due to a law change in the last year or 2, "after hours" no longer includes the weekend. Parking restrictions now apply 8am to 6pm every day except public holidays, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Yea I got fined 40 bucks for parking in Loading Zone for 5 min in Weekend.
