What GSXR older than 2 yrs hasn't been binned?
It's part of the running in process - it's in the manual.

SV in that bunch looks good - late model, low kms and has the pipes looks like they are after $7500 ish.

All depends on your budget I guess.

ok, your looking at twins ( kind of , seems only the jap ones ? )
I love twins, love the way they ride and think your on the right path.

the vtr's with carbs are very gas hungry, probably the same with any big twin with carbs. I do think hondas are generally well made, not that I would own one.
the SV has basic suspension, if this will not satisfy you don't buy it, as you would spend less getting a better bike.
    don't know much about tl's / tlr's .

I have a buell and love it, great suspension and brakes IMO, anyone will tell you they handle very well, i like the look of the faired one i have ( dont think much of the unfaired models ). my one has the 1200 harley engine which is VERY low maintenance so cheap maintenance, no valve adjustments need to be made. the throttle body injection gives good economy, and i love the way it sounds and performs. also very easy to work on not that i have needed to. I have a friend with one ( like myself has the race chip and pipe ) who has raped it for 40,000 km and has had no issues.

I also think some of the moto guzzi's are worth a look but italian bikes do not really have a rep for low maintenance and reliability.
however, i want a guzzi or another bmw for my third bike.

love my bmw as well, also good twins.
