Ask the prosecution service to appeal as there's reasonable grounds. Failing that, one of them no fee no win lawyers might go for a private prosecution (doubtful if you've lost the first case tho').

That would be so bloody awesome - they made me wait outside for most of it, so I can only go off what my witness and the cop told me.

In Tahiti if there is a crash between a motorcycle and a car/bus/truck/van etc the non-motorcycle is always in the worng regardless of the circumstances.

Call the court and ask for a written transcript of the judges summing up and decision.

You would have been waiting outside while other witnesses gave their evidence. The judges summing up is after all the witnesses give their evidence and you would/should have been there to hear it. Can understand if the waffle legal speak bored you shitless and ya missed it......

It's a LEGAL system: it deals with issues of law, not with dispensing justice.

Something definitely wrong here. The Judge obviously found that you could/should have avoided her. How far away were you when she pulled out? If you were right on top on her then I can't see how the Judge could take a third person's evidence that wasn't there as correct.

You should be given a copy of the judgment, so chase up the Court for one.
