John Baker covers Track Days.
They did with MotoTT and Kiwi Track Days. Not sure about Redline.

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
I'm with Classic Cover - but as usual, they will not insure under 25's. My thoughts would be (depending on your kind of bike and the value), but not insure it - as your premiums might be much greater than is worth having it insured. I know alot of riders don't bother insuring their bikes, and when you calculate the dollars over a couple of years, it out weighs the possible cost of an accident
If you promise to be a careful rider, you could try my company. (see? Not all people who work for insurance companies are assholes).

Fix a computer and it'll break tomorrow.
Teach its owner to fix it and it'll break in some way you've never seen before.
I was just looking to insure my new Honda VT 750 C
I checked out 3-4 places-none of them mentioned above and I was amazed at the variation.
I went with Classic a Hamilton based company-nearly half premium of my current provider !!
All our bikes are/have been insured through Kiwibike. They are so easy to deal with, and they deal with Swann Insurance and another one (can't remember which one).
But it does pay to shop around - I would get quotes from a few other insurers/brokers as well as the premium will depend on your circumstances, age, driving/riding history, whether the bike has an imboliser/alarm, if it's garaged, etc. Some will offer lower premiums with a higher excess or vice versa.
Take in to account what the policy covers - some may include cover for bike gear, and some have roadside assist included. However with the roadside assist it would be good to check who would be called out if you wanted to use them and how good the service is. (For example Kiwibike no longer promote the Swann Insurance roadside assist as a selling point because they've found the service totally unrealiable).
Good luck.
Some days you are the bug, some days you are the windshield
Give me a ring today during shop hours and i will quote ya a deal. We do a very good insurance package that covers bike, gear, luggage, locks and keys, brakedown assist etc. All backed by VERO. Under 25 no issue. and very compedative prices.
