Would love to join you on a ride but found a small puddle under my girl yesterday so feel I'll be busy in the garage instead

Doesn't look like I'll be going anywhere either. Just went out to get on mine and nothing. Hits a dead spot now and again and decided to do it today. Will start if i crash it but nobody here to push.

Oh well, looks like it's into the shop next week. Get it sorted properly. BUGGER

I know I shouldn't laugh, but after being told in another thread how easy parts and reliable Harleys are...and here we are with two tempermental buggars....

Well I would love to go for a ride.
But I have broken down as I have the flu.
And I have been leaving puddles and body will not start.

Sorry to hear that. Did SDU pass on her flu to you? Yep, hopefully will have her back for next weekend.

Well I'm not sure who gave it to me.
The lad at work and SDU have not been well.
So at this point they are blaming each other.
And both saying that I have a different flu.
All I know is it has been a long time since I have felt this bad.

Hope you get your bike sorted by the weekend.
Shit happens some times.

May be keen, what is the plan? I just need to sort out my clutch and re-align my rear wheel. Hit a pot hole something nasty on the way to Faerlie!

No plan yet. I'll be working on my bike now. Wouldn't start this morning. Someone else may be keen for tomorrow tho.

Further to my last post, just went out to have a play with the bike. Decided to see if she would start and first time no problem. Obviously I wasn't supposed to get where i was heading this morning. Anyway, still gonna have to get her checked out properly but I'm back on for tomorrow. PM me or text me 0273869794 if you're keen and we'll make a plan.

I'll let you know.. I'm still diagnosing my bike but hopefully just a matter of adjusting clutch and rear wheel.

And if the partner puts me in purgatory to spend time with her family all day since it's her sons birthday!

I was thinking about 11ish. Maybe head up the motorway to Greta Valley pub and then back the inland route. I'm pretty easy tho if you'd rather go somewhere else?
