    Ducati wreckers

Ok so I have a few things to get for my bike eg, mirror, perhaps even fairings. Is there a wrecker in Auckland that could help me?

The grill on the air intake vent on the nose of the fairing dislodged and worked its way back along the air intakes and into the throttle mechanism and jammed it full on.
He wheelstanded into a 4wd first.

Yeah I quite like the multistrada - these two incidenys make me a little circumspect.

One afternoon at helensville pub there were 3 blokes on crutches. all 3 of them were wearing Ducati tees.

After a couple of bins the duke isn't looking like it should, so time to invest some time and money and return her to former glory.

Forget about the fairings and stick a Monster headlight on it I reckon. Alternatively try: http://www.justfairings.co.nz/ducati.htm

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Wow, I know this is a super late reply... but had a similar thing happen to me on a 97' 916 SPS on my way back to Whangamata from Whitianga in 99', same deal a free helecopter ride to hospital after crashing at 190kms and bouncing 170 mtrs, life is good !

This could only happen if there was no air filter in the air runner or if the air filter had a massive hole in it.
