On the North Western Motorway the bus lanes are like the first sign below. The signs on the Northern and Southern Motorways are like the second one. The first sign meand buses only and the second on means buses, cycles,motorcycles and mopeds. This is the sign that you also see in the citys. On the motorways this sign has the hours that the stopping lane is a bus lane and a sign saying BUSES ONLY.

This means that every other type of motor vehicle is excluded from the lane.

I know of a bus driver that got a ticket for driving in and bus lane outside of the bus lane times.

No it does not they must be "SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED" from the silly law that they passed.

ie normally we can use bus lanes if we aint allowed it must say "Motorcycles Excluded" or have the pic I made

Yeah but... lets say you/we win that argument - what is the outcome going to be?

They have to change the signs... which costs moeny... which comes from??? Taxes and tickets.

I think we're better to not pursue that, clarify the issue at hand as one where motorcycles should be alowed to use bus lanes because reasons A, B and C deem it beneficial, sensible and safe and the long term benefits will be D E and F

At that point the signs will change, or the interpretation of the rules and writing on those signs will change.

Don't attack the symptoms, attack the problem.
