You can get a quote and a policy online in 10 minutes; Plus you manage your own policy online...

No waiting for your broker - ever
No waiting in phone queues - ever
    No forms - ever
    Call me a cynic, but......

On a bike forum, with a pic of a car, promoting a site that charges 25% of my bike's value (pa), not counting the immediate depreciation when it left the showroom????

Who do you work for AB? Wouldn't be commission based insurance would it?

    Fantastic idea, astronomic rates!

We tend to use our petrol to drive our bikes motors to give maximum safe thrills, not to sniff!

On the odd chance, as remote as it may be, you are actually a biker, and as much of a newbee as you would have to be.......LOOK AROUND!

No shit, the process sounds good, but 25-50% higher than market rates, we aren't dumb!

I'm not usually shy, or overly nice, but will take it as being a newbee that worded things wrong, thus save the red rep and full on slagging. BUT! If you are flogging something, think again, and it would be a help if you had more cred than 6 posts before going the flog route.

My quote was a bit more realistic than some listed here. $280 for 3rd party fire and theft and $650 for full cover. This is on a VTR250 worth about 5k. Pretty much in line with what I was quoted by state,.,,

Looks like I better keep shopping around then

Wont bother with that website ever again.

Haven't we done this before and found it wanting?
