Well, that makes me really angry hearing crap like this

It's real bad when someone else makes an error but then when you point it out, having them trying to do you in as well.

It's happening way to often and it's getting worse. Man, they even chase you down when you toot your horn in the car and it's not even your fault.

Just imagine if these eggs had access to handguns

Glad to hear you came out in one peice but your poor bike.
If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.

Mate - that sucks. I had a gander at your profile picture - your baby was so pretty (in a manly kind of way, of course).

I hope it gets sorted with no hassles. All the best.

Words of wisdom Intense. If this fucker realy wanted to take you out is 'the' incident realy worth losing your life over or being permently crippled. Have not read all the posts so others may have expressed the same sentiment. If you are going to give a cage lip make sure they can not get at you further up the road.

I get the feeling that you already know this shit. If not then go to bed and memorize this.

    Hey Intense,
Sorry to hear about your incident with that nutcase. Glad you are okay.
I wish you the best of luck in seeing a successful proscecution of some substance for him. Failing that, I hope he crosses someone one day that is more of a crazy than he is.

    Here are a few suggestions for dealing with tossers like the one you encountered;

    1. Don't antagonise the cretin, just get his rego
    2. Go to the local post shop and find his details
    3. Visit his address late at night and if the vehicle is outside try the following;

3a) Slowly let all four tyres down
3b) Force open the fuel cap and carefully pour 500gm of sugar into the fuel tank.
3c) Pour 1 litre+ of brake fluid over the bonnet, roof and boot
    3d) Leave discretely
Keep the shiny side upright, Rhino.

Hey Intense, Glad to hear you are OKAY:

    Matey I believe in retribution:

In 1976 In NP I had a English Lady, pull out from being parked half on road, half on footpath (Parked heading the same way I was travelling) I had my Head light on, she looked right at me, hesitated, I thought okay safe, then as I was getting almost to where she was, what did she do, a U Turn, My Cb , mashed into the side of her Morris Marina, Shot across the car, got up, picked my bike up, she gets out and appologises, crying and all, askes me to please not call the Police, ( MOT), says she will pay for everything, come back after 6pm when her husband is home: so I use her phone, call my Dad who comes to get me with the trailer:
Fathers advice is to call the MOT, I felt sorry for her, and didn't.

6pm I drove Dads car to see her husband, got no further than the front door, the sod abused me, said I was speeding and how sick he was of us bikers using Mill Road as a race track.

Said it was my word against his wifes, ( I never Saw her), and he told me in a really unpleasent way where to go and actually shut the front door in my face.

Man was I pissed, to go home to "Dad" saying I told you so??.

Some time later I saw the car parked there again, all freshly panel beated, and painted>

I had to save the $150.00 to fix my bike.

So lets just say I got even one night.

Get Mad, Then get F---ing even mate.

A word of advice, remember the condition your bike was In momentarily prior to the accident, remember this, If the Insurance company comes at you to settle for anything less, spend the $250, with a Lawyer, stating your intention to SUE for damages over and above what the Insurance company want you to accept, send this letter to the Perpetrator, and to the Insurance company.

Then sit back, you won't have to wait too long.
And get your $250 back as an addition to the claim, plus any in-convenience.

Take care and all the best.

Don't be such an idiot n cry.

You're lucky it was someone else, with Rego that you have, n witnesses, n insurance.
Bike might be written off, but that'll be real luck.
You gonna get new bike, not loose any no claim bonus, n u might get the excess payment back from the guy if he ever gets caught.
What could be better? New bike for Free!

There, I hope that helps comfort?

Btw, if insurance repair ur bike, might take about 1 month normally. I've done it twice (riders' fault)

Sound.s like you found the ultimate loony!

next thin i hear the crunch as i hit somewhwere on his back right, doin about 40ish? and im seeing ground. The witnesses who got the rego and helped pick me up say i was under my bike. Dont remember that bit. he did the runner but he biys in blue wil get him. best they do rather than a vigilante act id love to see. When its to court i got a lot o witnesses, all saying deliberate act. bikes a mess all cosmetic though, rh fairing, mufflers pretty sweet though, front fender gone, nose fairing messe up headlights etc, rh mirror and brake lever gone.

Does the fact that You hit him not he you not put you in the wrong? Hope not for your sake mate, that would suck
