Count me in for $20 too. My parent's first house (and therefore mine) was at the north end of Karaka St in Castlecliff. I don't remember it being a "rough" neighbourhood, but as kids we were the same as everyone else, brown or white then.

There is always the possibility the Honda/NZ full retail price was quoted by mistake given the good PR that will no doubt be available if this was to get into print.
