AC/DC in Jan 91, and Eric Burton came over with the 'New Animals'....bloody brilliant concert. Pink Floyd Exp was also fantastic.

Shapeshifter a couple of months back at the opera house was pretty amazing!

Phat06 up the top of Takaka hill last year was the best outdoor musical thingamy I've been to (and it was fun riding back and forth over the hill in the days beforehand), but I reckon they'll top it with the one on the west coast this new years.

Jealous of everyone who has seen Floyd and Led Zepp, I'm too young, they were barely around even when I was born.
The bands before them were crap....this chick was a screamer and I had to move as far away from the stage as I could. When I first heard Blindspot, I had never even heard of them before but I HAD to get to the front! I thought they sounded awesome.

Best concert = Deep Purple concert, Christchurch Town Hall, April 2004.
They have had changes and are gettin' old but the depth of talent is just amazing! The acoustics in the Town Hall auditorium were perfect. A great combination of quality musicians and good venue. I went to the Wellington concert this year and the poor venue (Westpac Stadium) spoilt the sound terribly.

I'd give anything to travel back in time and get absolutely wasted at a Prodigy gig. Got in there too late

Roger Water playing in Auckland at the end of Jan is as close as you'll get.
Pink Floyd Experience are well worth seeing when you get the chance - saw them do Dark Side of The Moon and The Wall in Tauranga couple of years ago.

Icehouse in the Gisborne sound Shell was a good night out.

Beach Boys at Millbrook was an excellent day out too.
