Just wanted to say thank you to the nice person who stopped to check on me at the corner of Webb and Willis in Wellington this morning. My bike died at the lights (should have let her warm up a little more) and I had to roll off to the side of the road to get things sorted...

I couldn't think of any other way to get in touch to say thanks, so I'm posting here as it seems to be the most likely way the message will make it through.

I've only been riding in NZ for a couple of weeks and the bike community have been brilliant. I'm glad to be back on 2 wheels...

I'm not allowed to make humerous comments any longer - I get red repped every time greet a friend with a joke or two. some members can be so juvenile

Most bikers will stop and help if you're in need in NZ - pretty much a good bunch all round.
