Beware the BDOTGANZA!! Hitcher will be about...
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

The more KBers I meet the more I am convinced of this... Ask FROSTY about the day we did his house over. Mad Duck organised it... poor bastard didn't recognise the place when he got home.

He deserved everything he got too. That'll teach him for selflessly giving his time and efforts for the benefit of others. Bastard... good bastard that is.

And he's only one of many. I could list a few but won't because it'll unintentionally exclude some that I don't know or haven't had the pleasure with yet (beer that is... c'mon - mind out of trousers please)

Well... you still have to know whose bike to get on the back of for a safe and comfortable ride. I hope any other KBers present would be smart enough to stop any newbie getting on the back with some of the crazies I've seen around. (I'm not mentioning any names so if you recognise yourself in this description it's your own problem!)

The other good thing is that if you turn up in your car you can always decide you don't like it and leave ...
Yeah - that's what I would recommend to anyone joining a ride for the first time - and that's what I did. I showed up in my car at the pub at the end of the ATNR and got to meet a few people and listened to their stories about how fast they could go on one wheel while seated backwards with a beer balanced on each shoulder. My short list of potential riders became shorter by the moment.

ha ha ha yeah. Try telling that to the young 'uns.

In saying that, I have met a lot of extremely kind, helpful, genuine people on here so I don't want to put anybody off! Quite the opposite. I would like to encourage all lurkers to step forward - whether they have a bike or not.

Hello lurkers, we'd like to meet you!

Well, he never told Mr Busa Pete he was married either. Even when he asked him to marry him (civil union of course)

Please dont be shy about coming forward..........we have some amazing outings, usually organised via KB........some posted up here, some organised by PM or by text message.........and bet you are but a spring chicken anyway!
