Does that mean on a sunny day, a long straight backroad in Canterbury, no traffic and no people or farm equipment around; I can do 200kph?

Obviously not! The Revenue Collectors are full of shit

    LOL all too true.

    I like the one that says "100 kph - it's not a target". They're right - it's not even a bloody challenge...

Don't fool yourself when it comes to standard wheels more & more of them now have Factory Mags as well as rear spoilers.

Also they are not always fitted with LPG.

They are also not stock standard they have all sorts of shit done to them before the cops take delivery.

Not to start a big rant... oh well, okay then, if you insist...

What is with the whole unmarked car thing anyway? I thought that the Police were supposed to be the final bastion of hope; preaching truth, justice, and honesty.
In police pursuit of all things unwholesome, they themselves take to subterfuge and deception. What’s with that? Is it because we’re too naughty when big brother isn’t watching? (probably) It's not painting a pretty picture of the force.
Put a marked car out on the street, that’ll slow ‘em down, but lurking for someone to bollocks it up is just entrapment. Rant over…
    Keep it rubber-side down...

Fuck off ya wanker, a marked car just creates a safe 'bubble' in it's general vicinity visible to people, once it's out of sight it's "as you were, back to the way you normally 'drive'" (read: get along the road the way you want to).

Plain cars catch the dicks in action and keep the rest on their toes.

"Not fair" you say? 'fair' finished when primary school did, get with the programme - life is not fair.

    BTW Nice troll!!

Are you planning on speeding , you might be able to use mine if I can get it sorted in time
