Put some advertising on that baby and earn some dollars. Hehe - suggestions?

Easy as really... the traffic on the NW can be a bit of a pain, but other than that.

    How far east are you?

Bucklands Beach. Probably take over an hour to get there I would think. Back roads may be quicker than motorways at that time?

Blah AWNMR - Auckland Wednesday Night Mentor Ride UPDATE

    WEDNESDAY 24th-

    Venue confirmed:

I have just secured our venue for tomorrows meeting, we will meet at shell westgate as usual then follow me as a group to a tavern up the road where we have our own bar and our own big carpark to practice in for the evening. There is a large outside area with picnic benches next to our carpark so very handy find!

If you need an escort to westgate PM me and I will organise it.

If you are really nervous/far away you are welcome to bring your cage and sit in on the lesson from CaN and others - but then how will you practice on your bike in our special carpark?

Food will be available until 8pm and we will have our own bar for refreshments.

This is a great opportunity to learn from the experience of others, and you can never get enough training!

Again if you are attending this please follow this link and subscribe - so I can make sure there is enough seating for everyone.

Yeh that's a bit of extra distance, but still not too bad... I can do it from Glendowie in about 30mins, that's including the traffic on the NW.

Oh, and there isn't really a back road over there, well, not one that'd be quicker anyways...

I might just "borrow" my dad's GPS and set it to avoid motorways and then see what happens. Should finish work early so i'll just leave 2 hours beforehand

If you don't see me there I probably ended up in Kaitaia

Follow you to which tavern thou, that is the burning question.....
Kaitaia Tavern, Kerikeri Tavern, Kaukapakapa Tavern or even the Te Atatu Tavern????????

You know you get lost......... easily....... even when you have your map book and compass with you.

Perhaps you should let someone else lead everyone to the Tavern......
