As far as 'The Shitfight' goes, I'm pretty unconcerned. If it goes against me then I'll offer to pay... of course I'll only pay at $5/week forever and a day. If they want more it'll cost them more than its worth to recover the money. I can be as much of a prick as anybody. Just glad I didn't give the guy any personal details at all. If the police attend all you are obliged to give is the incident number (and you don't even have to give that). Gone are the days of swapping numbers and all that bullshit.
Hey big guy - just saw this - bloody bad luck mate. ..I may even be brave enough to give you a hug next time...Long as you don't squeeze...GLAD you're in one piece and here to talk about it....ya shoulda picked the dude up and chucked him....you could, I just know ya could...
    Take care mate.

A bit sore, had acupunture, and ultrasound. My girls at the physio gave me a shifty slip-me-in appointment today...

If you live in Welly and need a physio get your arse along to Sport and Workfit on Featherston St. If it's ACC it's free (only charge for needles if they stab you - which is great BTW)

    Hey Cola,

Sorry to hear about your incident. It's good to hear you have not come out with any serious injuries.

Seems to me like your opponent doesn't know how to keep aware of what's going on around him (in the mirror) when he's in the middle of traffic and has forgotten about normal road courtesy like indicating a change in direction. These are all simple things to remember and do eh?

In my view - not much of a human being if he doesn't even check to see if a rider is okay first before launching another assault about insurance. I guess he just got it wrong again... wanker.

Hope all the scrapes and bruises heal soon and you get the bike fixed without too much breaking the bank.

Are you taking any prescription medication? [Rain Man]

If it is a ACC claim, it's free. 499 6113. Jan is the receptionist tell her Col told you to call her Janice - she'll love you for it!

Shoulder is still sore but hey nothing that a bit of sun and booze won't fix. Did I say I was off to the 7's?

Yeah, streetfighter the bitch. Some duly terrifying bits of welded on angle iron and the world's your oyster.

Glad you're OK, but agree that you might be on shaky ground with this one. Also agree that the reaper cares not whose fault it is and I'm just glad you walked away.
