Wow, only just caught up with your thread.

So glad you're OK(ish). Get to the doc and get fully checked out - then you have some comeback with ACC later on if you have any problems.

    Take care xx

Thanks Blondini. Yip it has sure given me a shake-up, I can tell you. Just when I was getting my confidence and feeling more at one with the bike too!! The emotions are going up and down a bit at the moment, I must admit. Still we will just have to wait and see what the outcome will be.

People seem to use those residential roads (linkin dom and sandringham) as a way for them to short cut. Im fine with that idea - but its pisses me off they do it so recklessly.
Someday a kid is going to killed on St Albans ave or similar because an idiot taking a short cut was not watching what he was doing.

Yes, I went to the Dr today. I have to have an xray on my upper arm cause it's quite swollen and she is worried there might be a fracture to the humerus bone (Hahahaha!!! ). I have a physiotherapy appointment on Wednesday to check out for other stuff. Just a bit sore like I have been hit by a bus!!! Nothing too bad really all things considering. It would have been much worse if I had hurtle over the car!!

Well all the medics are close to hand......
Right next door to where you work.
So you wont have far to go/walk.

Take care and rest up... use the other arm to lift that glass of wine
