ok i know its not the motorbike shops fault but I binned on ma bike 16 weeks ago and the insurance looked at it and said yes they will cover it, so far so good, and then the bike shop started getting the parts in and replacing fixing etc, allgood there, so after 5 weeks i rang the bike shop to see how they were getting on, i was really starting to miss my bike by then, and they said they were just waiting on my swing arm it was on factory back order, so i waited and waited and then i rang them after another 5 weeks and they said that it had just arrived but the curier and droped it on its end between auckland and hamilton, so they had to get another one but it was going to be flown out, so angry but accepting i waited and waited and just rang again to find out where the new swing arm is and ohh what do you know its on fricken factory back order again and could be another 5 weeks, arrrrrrggggg so i have no bike at the moment which means no transport as its my main form of transport, so i am getting really annoyed and as far as i know there is crap all that i can do, except maybe ring kawasaki and complain and get no where.
When a car is in for repair you get a courtesy car! Don't they have courtesy bikes?? Or at least a car to use ... if you have a car license that is!!
