    Caseye, I've coerced some of your Dorkland mates into doing a Training Day at Hampton Downs tomorrow. HB Ulysses had some spare tickets, which Croc has offered locally. You might have some tired boys on Sunday, or they may just decide to go to church instead.

    That was great Dieseldick....I'm Dorked out....had to jump in the Pajero and shoot up Ponsonby for a Latte.
    Valdez was pretty slick on the Guzzi... Gina spooffed his trousers.

    2 ali washers on one rockercover is all that is stopping her from holding her juices. Mind you, I have never ever pushed Gina as hard as I did today. Redline? Past redline by 1000rpm. If that motor was ever going to handgrenade, it would have been today. Voli bringing the van allowed me to push further than the original manufacturer's limits and still get me bike home. Transporters, there's more than meets the eye
    If you can't break it, then it is fixed (Chapter #2, Drag Racer's Bible). And it is running as crisp as when I left home in the morning. Probably took 10,000kms life off her in less than 50kms, but what the heck, it was fun and everything is rebuildable.

    Glade everyone from BFTP had some fun today, with no one dropping their bike.
    What a great track eh? Looking forward to watching the superbikes, as they'll find it challenging too. Best track I've driven/ridden, period.

    As a training day, I would highly recommend it.

    Yep, yesterday was definitely a day to remember, for all the right reasons. We all got an opportunity to "stretch the throttle cables" and have some fun without the worry of hidden cameras, radar, opposing traffic or campervans.

    I wanna build another bike for track days now . . . . more power, more power!

    Heh! I'm with you on that one. I think Baz won't be returning to stock after all.

    Now your talking my language Max.
    1050cc, big valves, flat slide carbs, 2 into 1, jacked up engine, monoshock frame and light weight. Woof woof!

    Or you could buy an 80's GSX for $1000 and just change the oil

    I gots the bug too, my Mk2 is already hotted up and I would have taken that if I had got a new front tire for it in time and scrubbed it in.
    There are spaces left for the 22nd or 21st Nov $199 special rate;

    Croc, the Post Classic Series is what BFTP members should be considering. From membery, there are 3 classes. Your Bazz and his bros are excluded though. You would have needed to remove a spark plug lead to make the rest competitive in the top class.
