do you run lots then? as you are talking about cops and how badly they treat you. maybe you should take a look in the mirror and you might see why.

I rarely run, unless I've had a bad curry, then I run to the dunny to expell the likes of you.

Oops, my bad. Maybe it was a 111kph ticket, well worth dying for. Not.

Mark my words; regardless of the reason for the pursuit the cops will come out squeaky clean, as always. I'm not saying the rider did the right thing (sympathy to familty etc) all I'm saying is....whether he was a murderer on the run or a rider simply taking a chance on getting off a 111kph ticket and whatever the circumstances....the cops will be squeaky clean in the report. It's a given.

Put simply, If you attempt a runner, you pay the price, be it you kill yourself or hurt yourself, but kill or hurt some innocent by stander, you must pay the price.! The law in NZ is piss weak, and we punish or blame the cop, who is simply doing his job. The real offender is the idiot who has broken the law and endangered innocent road users. Grow up.

    Idiots do runners
    Cops chase
    It's the way of nature.
So the cops are following idiots... some leadership

Indeed, and the fact that the "hot" news item is about one kiwi family who almost lost their daughter. FFS people are in dire need of a perspective!

Have a look at the photos, the country looks like it's been run over by a herd of bulldozers. It will take decades to rebuild. It's a large scale humanitarian catastrophe - but I bet we shall not have to hear about it in the news for too long. I am sure some celebrity will give birth, get arrested or in some other manner provide "substance" for more palatable news soon enough.

Then again, it's a poor country, with a high level of corruption, populated mainly by descendants of African slaves - why should we care about them when we have our own headaches like increasing prices on petrol and groceries? [sigh]
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
