But you ride purple. And he was in the right place at the right time besides which the purple is bigger, isn't it???
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Peetey, hope you got home safe??

Took some photos at the pub so will put up them up tomorrow! Great pics sammcj!
    Yep, very good evening!

No problem with the "escort" (!) - was on cruise most of the way anyway! Dunno where I lost you, but it was a good excuse to use the full beam ... If you want to brighten yours up then (a) clean it! and (b) have a chat next week - there are some cheap ways of improving things lots (halogen bulb, "bluevision" bulb, relays).

    Have a good week, everyone!
He who shall go stately at the back and not stress out.
So Gareth what was it you said about MaxF's "Funky ass curves"? - God, now I'm worried...

Yep, was a nice night. Thanks to you for giving me some one to follow! Sorry I had to take off at Amberly. I realised I had a long ride home. By the time I would get to the harbour it'd be late and my bike is not the most ... subtle ... noise-wise. In the bays everyone can hear everything, I try not to ride too late. Was still about 10.30 by the time I got home!

Computer is crunching on the video now ...

I put Halogen, or rather Xeon or Xenon, which ever it is, as it's about 30% brighter than regular Halogen, so 'they' say (i.e. the packaging)

Max, whats 'bluevision' and what can you do with relays?
Would love to see how you made your cruise control too!

    Peas.

Ohhh that RSV. Always had a real soft spot for those beauties. Yet I've never ridden one. I must get there one of these days!!

I was in v-twin rumble heaven on the way out on the motorway. I had Helen's Duc and a VTR1000 in front of me and the RSV behind. Pity I can't hear much over my own bike...

Not a bad ride. I was feeling a bit rusty. We had about 40 bikes in the end

Lost me at the traffic lights at the New World in Northwood. Still managed to catch up with you again at the traffic lights at QEII and Main North Rd. You can't stay too far from me??

No worries, anytime! MaxF said to me that you had carried on. Glad you got home safely! Can't wait to see the DVD when it's done!

Yeah, I've been to visit that one a couple of times. I'm struggling with the concept of buying with my head vs buying with my heart. My heart says I sould buy the bike I've dreamed about since I started riding. My head says I should buy a bike more suitable to my riding style and needs. Anyway, gotta sell the ninja first...

You can always change your riding style but you can't change your dreams!

Go with the heart! That's what I did. It does mean I have a dream bike in the garage not being used but at least I have it!
