WTF??? Bob, you used a grinder on your discs?? You egg, I've told you before - you use them on your brake lines.........
Oh, hang on, thats not right.......... that's why you do the maintenance work and I don't..........
That's the good thing about having you do the work - you're a fully qualified 'A' grade mechanic that works on BMW's, Mercs', Porsche's etc. It would never enter my mind that you'd use a grinder on a disc. Also, when you have done the job, it doesn't need revisiting again the same day.
Motor racing is about having trust in your equipment. After you have worked on it, I will race it 100% all day long and know its fit to do so. I can't recall a time when either of our engines leaked oil due to you 'unprofessionally' working on them.
Sorry Shaun, but your idea that Bob is unprofessional just doesn't stack up dude.
That would be like saying you don't know jack shit about bike set up or susupension or whatever else you do well for your sport. So, whoever told you Bob was using a grinder on his discs was a straight out liar (and a munter).
Again, you are right Shaun, there are people on this site that solely go out to discredit people - but in the end, they are always proven wrong.
Is it still beastiality if ya fuck a frozen chicken??
[QUOTE=motogp1;1129700581]A sidechair/sidecar/sidecrap dumps a huge load of oil on the track yet again causing massive delays and no doubt causing several of the crashes in the proceeding races...... Questions....
#1 Who scrutineers these things? Whilst some are very good, clean competition machines, others(most?) would be laughed out of the pits in any other country. Filthy, poorly built and maintained bikes should not be on the track especially at a national championship event.
#2 Who cares about sidechairs? Watch the stand empty when they are up next, seriously. It is a perfect time to get a hotdog or take a piss which is exactly what 75% of the people seem to do. With so many exciting classes that would actually interest people, raced by modern bikes wtf are they even doing there?
#3 Where is it going? Is there any potential for any of these outfits or riders to move onwards overseas to international success? When you have a near 100k chair racing a heap of shit ancient gsx1100 powered piece of crap that belches smoke and steam from every orrifice what are you really achieving?
Anyway, I'm oviously pissed at another meeting ruined by bikes that only 1% of people at best even cared were there.
# OIL DOWN PENALTY/REWARDS: We must take action to eliminate wasted time due to oil-downs of the track. Last year, we instituted a rewards program for our racers who install an engine diaper. Winners in Q-16, Super Pro, and No-Electronics will receive a $100.00 ($200.00 max) bonus if they have an engine diaper installed. In an attempt to conclude our races in a reasonable length of time, effective immediately, the following oil-down policy will be in place: Any racer causing the race to be delayed due to track cleanup of more than 15 minutes will be automatically disqualified from the event. Any racer causing more than one 15 minute cleanup during the year will forfeit all points earned during that event and will have $200.00 deducted from any winnings earned during that event. Any racer causing a cleanup of more than 15 minutes during time trials or eliminations will not be allowed another pass down the racetrack for the remainder of the event. No refunds will be issued to any racer and/or crewmember causing any of the above listed infractions.
So Dump oil no point for the round and $200 bucks if it takes time to clean up!!
Bloody good idea and not just for sidecars!!
These could also be an idea http://www.orientexpress.com/Suzuki/...HRA+Legal.html

I LOVE sidecars! They are awesome to watch, some of the best racing I have seen is in the sidecar class.
I have marshalled at race meetings/track days for almost 6 years now...I have seen EVERY class drop oil and other shit all over the track in that time, from buckets right through to F1.
Hidden agenda? You bet!
Poor form on the part of the OP? I'd say so. Maybe you would like to try tiddlywinks...
I'm looking forward to the Vic Winter series where hopefully the sidecars boys and girls will be there in big numbers!
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
Fuck Guys abit Harsh!
Sidecars are just as dangerous as anything else we are out there doing it accidents happen and people die sometimes, and it sucks I lost a good mate at Puke the year after the side car fatilty and he was as stated on a 600,
I have been at Vic WInter Series meetigns to and seen oil down on track and there are no sidecars there its them Post classic bikes!! But you dont see us blaming them!
These guys are out there giving it there all
I got to meet Steve Bron and get on with him really well he is a guy running a International rig and he is really really giving it his all and doing wonders for the sport and going to race at World Level! How many of our bike racers are doing that??? not dissing none of our guys I just think that cunts shouldnt brush people up worng because of an accident shit happens motors blow its part of it!!!!!
Like I say at the VMCC the past few seasons I seealot of oil down at the hair pin after a Solo bike has gone down I mean Fuck give these guys a break the sidecar faternity look out for each other alot of our group just wants to put the blame on everyone else,
I feel for the guys who feel off but how would the sidecar boys feel if a superbike spat its oil over the circuit and caused a side car to crash????
Blindspott are back as Blacklist check them out

Gee I must be one of those 1%ers that enjoy watching sidecar racing. I don't give a flying fuck ( maybe a swimming fuck though) if the riders racing in any particular race are going to ever go on to race internationally either. For me it's about the fun and enjoyment of watching the racing and the same of those racing.
I do agree though that it sucks when any vehicle causes the track to become unsafe for other racers. I'm sure it is never the intention of those that race ,to make the track unsafe for themselves or their fellow competitors.
