Might have a whirl at it tomorrow ... if it's not freezing in my garage, which it quite literally does sometimes ...
have to agree there, wicked frost this side of the hill this morning, prob the hardest so far this winter. Had some wet jeans in the landcruiser and they're frozen solid!.
Depending on the bike if you lean it over opposite side to clutch cover , ya prob get away without dropping the oil, for a quick look'see

That frost never left today, I think it's fast becoming "that" time again, when the bikes hibernate for a few months ...

What? no, not going to happen.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

My driveway and around the bays can be great fun when it frosts like this, I remember going down the drive sideways on my old bike (kwakka 90cc) and there was nothing I could do about it. Luckily I went into a bush and not the main road! The bush had thorns ... and a fence ...
Would rather not do that on a bike that is actually worth something ... So I'll be ok with my old crappers but none of you better come visit!

Ha ha , I'm hibernating now, no time for pesky helpful people with their friendly attitudes!

Not really, you're all welcome anytime, honestly especially now the driveway has cleared. In fact, the whole place has cleared! Woop!

Was really good to meet you guys tonight - it's certainly a grand fraternity here in Christchurch, and I'm looking forward to getting more involved as my skill level and workload lets me!

    Cheers!
