    Cut the cable ties and yanked them out. After all, the back of most bikes' bulbs are just twist-in behind the plastics.

    Still must've taken a bit of time though. I changed the bulbs in the burgman (with supervision from said burgers owner mind you), and even my bandit took a bit of time removing the plastic to get to the bulbs. Perhaps that was just because we were doing the job so as to not munt the dash in the process!

    Really? On my bandit 1200s they're twist, pull, unclip the wires.
    Can change the bulbs in about a minute if the steering is unlocked...

    I was surprised though that they managed to cut the cable ties. Not many people seem to carry scissors or things on them do they?
