i took my wife for a drive over the Rimutakas,,, next day we had a boy...

that was 10 years ago now...might still work..

Hmmm, that midpipe looks a bit sad. What do ya reckon caused it to break like that. ? Looking at the 3 mufflers it appears Volume = Quiet

The mid pipe is 0.5mm thick.
The hole was caused by a mount being under a bit of tension and the vibration just ripped it out.

The split was due to quite a few months of running it with a muffler bandage...

Damn. 0.5mm ! thats thin, was it made of Unobtanium. Mild steel wouldnt last 5min that thin.

Has anyone got some cush drives rubbers lying around for an 04 DR650? Have asked Suzuki NZ and they are ex Japan and they can't even tell me the price. Will order some from USA but in the interim, we are one short. Got a box with all the parts in from the PO but when we came to do the wheel swap....one missing. PM or a text to 027 2245261

I tried ordering them locally but no joy.
Even Jeff at Procycle had to order them in for me. But now he holds stock of them.
