    Shit man, cyclespot rock. Excellent service, they gave me a loan bike (a late model fireblade), groomed my bike, kept me informed the whole way through and all at a very reasonable cost and free coffee to boot.
    Best of all, they are up for a bit of haggling on the pre agreed price. Saved me a lot of dosh.

    Perhaps they just thought you were a cunt and try and rubbish them on the internet?
