So many questions need to be asked of the accusers(popo),you have the right to all of the alledged evidence. For intance, if the alledged check was per radar, how would it obtain a reading over the wall, unless it was from the rear. All that traffic, and get a reading off a motorcycle, don,t think so. Get legal advice.

The LEO's on here have previously said that they can just point the radar in your direction and can select it to display the speed of the fastest moving object. When the fastest moving object is traveling at twice the speed of surrounding objects, they can probably be pretty sure it's targeted them

    update..

Well just fyi I'm going to court on Tues, I'm not going to deny that it was me. There is one of those wire barriers there and I was the only vehicle there, hence the temptation. Apparently I am potentially endangering the public because if I crash my bike can go over the cheesecutter barrier and into an oncoming vehicle, possible yes but pretty unlikely if you ask me (isn't that the entire purpose of those barriers anyhow?).

Unfortunately the only way to get through this unscathed is to deny it was me, which I'm not going to do, call me a fool if you will.

Respect for taking it like a man. Unfortunately, your bike wouldn't be the thing going over the wire barrier, it'd be parts of your body that get sliced up. Ban WRB now! Rant over

Wow, that's a great idea. Let's all act like fuckwits next to wire rope barriers. I'm mean, what could possibly go wrong?

    Very wise words.

A cop mate of mine has said exactly the same thing. I wonder why.

But seriously ... That's a serious thing to allege - and an admission of a criminal offense on your part if true. If not true, then it opens you up to a charge of defamation ... Given that there are police officers on this forum, I'd be a little worried right now if I was you ...

While I have little respect for the police in general, (some respect for individuals) I don't believe you. Our police are many things, but open to bribery is not one of them.
Aww bollocks. Did he name the officer involved? How can you commit defamation on an organisation? And how do you know there are no corrupt cops in NZ? That is not to say I believe him either.
