Well, it is only a little thread, afterall.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

This is the Bandit version but the GSX750Y is like hen's teeth!
You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
As far as I can tell, the GSX1200y has a seat height that is between 5mm and 10mm lower than the GSX750, depending on the year. I tried the XJR1200 which was a bit taller, and felt more sluggish to turn. The CB1300 was a really nice bike but was far too tall for me.
Another short person bike is the SZR660 http://www.redbaron.co.nz/details.as...cle_id=1214165 which I really considered when I got my current bike. Its a really low and narrow but comfortable seat. A really fun and flickable bike.
Suspension courtesy of Dr Rob and seat I believe, was it. I'm sure Mom is already aware, but don't just check seat heights. The width of the seat (possibly tank as well) can also dictate how easy it is for the uh... vertically challenged (shortarses).
A taller seat, but narrower may well be easier than a shorter seat that's wider (not huge differences in measurements for height, obviously).

Howdy... 2 cents, the GS500 is not a bad little ship. There's a few decent going on Tardme...including a sub 4k one:
