While youre on that DM, Haydthreen is quite happy to sell you the cbr shock he has, I think its off the 04/05 CBR,RRRRRRRRRR or whatever it is, he wont be using the shock, Look into sizes etc and see if it will fit. fully adjustable, and being off a larger bike might suit your build a little better, seeing as those VFRs seem to have been built for people that weigh about as much as my wife
I think it would be doable, but its not a remote res, I have seen the CBR 600 one down, and the Res has to stick out of the tail fairing just a fraction.

Just a head's up that Bike Busters in Ngaruawhahia have so far sold my mate an incomplete carby missing the top part we need (cause his has holes drilled in it), and followed it up with a set that's been dropped and damaged....

Hmm, thats a bugger, Give him a ring, Ive dealt with him several times, and aside from him occaisionally taking a day or three to get back to me, have always found them to be really good. What carb parts are you after exactly? Drunkenmistake has an almost complete set of spares in his shed.

Yeah, that's probably what I'd end up doing. Just using something like Araldite is probably all that's needed. Hell, you can probably get away with some gaffer tape on the far side of the holes and then just pouring the epoxy into them.

this probably isn't any use to you, but econohonda have NC30 parts. I've always had great service from them.

Anyone here able to help me out?

I'm after some NC35 fairing pieces, especially a tail piece.
Thought i would try here before i look on ebay for full replacements.
(And on that note, anyone know if its possible to get quality fairings from ebay, any decent sellers?)

    Thanks
    Cam

Keep an eye on this thread,
a Guy CRM brought some Chinese fairings for his RVF, Look great paint wise, he hasnt fitted them yet.
For something epicly different you could go to tyga-Performance.com but you pay for what you get, but its all fibre glass.

I would love to get some tyga fairings, but have a limited budget, probably willing to spend up to $1000 NZD landed for a full set.

Yea i have kept my eye on that thread, eagerly waiting for a name of the ebay seller.

I just brought myself a Tyga Suzuka front cowl, and belly pan for the NC30, then im buying the 2 seat tail,
In total it will sting me about $800 NZ as I have a buyers discount through them, took some convincing .. I just need them painted, Idea is to have them painted black on the inside, and a base colour on the outside then vinyl wrap the details.
