I went surfing on ebay.co.uk last night, there was a couple of RD03's on there.

Has anyone realised 1500 pound at todays exchange rate is only $2700 NZ? plus shipping of course.

Buggs, this could be yours for 2000 pounds

    That's a tidy bike, that RD04.
There are two kinds of adventurers: those who go truly hoping to find adventure and those who go secretly hoping they won't. We should come home from our adventures having faced their perils and uncertainties, endured their discomfort and beaten the odds, with a sly acknowledgment and revitalised solidarity of character.

Took the front brakes off today for a huck out...what a mess. Some solidified gungy gunk behind one of the pots, brake pads were nearly goneburgers (which prompted the overhaul) and the dust seals in the calipers are pretty shot. So that's this week's job - new seals and pads. Real tempted to go braided too...but for lack of spare $... and a weekend long grumpy mood for the wife not understanding the need for another bike...

'Preciate the offer Kenny, thanks a lot. The calipers are fine, pots aint too bad but the seals and pads need replacing, so I should be fine I think with buying in some new ones. Good on you for offering though.
