    The correct way of welding is to have as many lumps as possible. The bigger the lump the stronger the join will be.

    what is the procedure for re installing the front wheel in the r100 gs?.Axle in,tighten the hex head bolt on the end of the axle,tighten pinch nuts then tighten the hex head bolt up fully?Or do you tighten the end bolt fully then do up the pinch nuts?

    tighten pinch bolt axle side
    big nut on
    Tigthen axle nut
    tighten pinchbolt nut side

    Rinse & repeat

    Thanks that does make sense got a torque value for the axle nut?
