Donations to charities are tax deducible but it depends on the motive behind it. This guy certainly appears to be a major attention seeker but also may do it to assuage his conscience.

I agree with Mr Morgan. The SPCA policy on feral cats is NUTS and inconsistent with the dog one. Our fat lazy Tom who thinks stalking a tin of jellymeat is the ultimate expression of manly cat virtue adopted a feral kitten - she just loves the fat lazy sob.
