Cannabis is a weed and its too easy to cultivate, even a moron can do it.

Dryer places are better, anywhere that has grapes will do very well, also BOP Canterbury and Northland.

Cannabis plots can have tarps that pull over when heavy rains arrive..... so even the west coast will produce quality crops

Peeps at home can grow a quality plant on a window sill or verandah.

Fields of low grade could be produced at costs similar to/and harvested like corn
