Can understand that - it's a nice wee one...

I had one - a standard, not deluxe like that one - ex-Public Service Garage. Was the first of a string of Vivas [can hear the laughter from the uninitiated already] and finished with a 1800...

    Then went Japanese...

That Vauxhall Cresta he had certainly caught the eye and tempted the wallet...

Yep, some nice old cars and trucks in that video.
The vehicles have gotten a lot safer over the years, but humans are still stupid.

Drove past Mike J's on the way down south. He always seems to have some nice toys for sale at a decent price

Been watching Talking trucks AGAIN. Apparently there were a couple of theses special purpose RL bedford fire response trucks that came into NZ. Any body know where?

Oh No.... That's a Green Goddess.

The British Army uses those when the Firemen go on strike.

What are they now going to do?

YD, got some toys lined up for your trip?

I'm still toying with the idea in my head of importing a diesel estate 75 into the country. Is it a hard and costly process?

Might be worth it as you can get them for 700-1300GBP. Just don't get them here in diesel.

I've found some quite reasonable shipping quote. $2k all in, isn't difficult to find and there are some even cheaper ones about.

I've made my decision as to what I am buying.

I'm going for a low mileage XK8 and sticking the wide body kit on it.

It may take me a while to complete the project, but it will be a keeper:

You'll have to keep us updated on that project.

If you don't mind could you chuck us a pm with the shipping company you used please

If I could land an estate car for $4-5k it'd be worth it. I've seen petrol ones go for $10k+ here (madness)

Might as well get the supercharged version..? They go pretty hard from all accounts. The "standard" XK8's are a great GT car though. Have you noted the price difference?

Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
