Gidday dachops. We'll no doubt catch up sometime & show you some roads. Some nice country roads out there but many are sealed these days. Its a cracker day so I might head out to Raglan..

    Nice Dino

Wonder how something with 100hp, 220kg and a Scorpian MT90 rear tire thats done 7000k would have handled that

Haha, do it tbk! You'd probably do better than me! I'd look at a fresh Dunlop Rally Raid or TKC80 in the wet though (and a pusher on standby!). It was a bit of a handful with the rocks and stop start EFI. Yours might be a bit smoother on and off the throttle??

Hi FF, I haven't been there but my understanding is that the eastern side is very boggy with deep holes (read lakes). So I guess it depends on what you ride there and the meat on your tyres. I'd probably look at it if I had an enduro bike but not with the 990 (at this stage). What d ya reckon Dino, sound like your picture of it?

Wonder if my trials bike could make the return trip on a tank of gas, or with a 2 litre of premix in a backpack

Count DRBig in (with enough notice to fit new rear Kenda Trackmaster)

or YZ290 if I want to cheat

MR 990 injected I'm Not sure if carbs can make up for my less than 6 foot tall and under 90kg frame (am working out profusely at gym to resolve this but fear its not enough to tackle wet clay on my bemouth with MT90 rear that is a must for my high mileage road use)
