    I'll go get a new tyre and WOF this week. (All being well... I hope.) Then I can be out and about again. So get yourselves ready for some shitty weather - it's bound to turn to shit once I am mobile again

    I figure if I don't buy anyone Christmas presents and don't eat for a week, I can afford the tyre...

    Took my daughter (10) out to Te Uku yesterday on the back of the sporty. She loved the wee pootle. Saw a fair few bikes out there.
    Was good to see. Those turbines look huge even from Te Uku. They must be massive up close.

    How nice to be back on the road...took a little ride to sort out the new tyre early this morning. Funnily enough, the 4km tolerance thing didn't seem to make any difference.
