Hehehe I may or may not have done that. And then my bike broke down and he had to come and fix it.
What's the point in living if you don't feel alive?

Toying with ones mortality shouldn't be this much fun.

    I'll be at Z Westgate by 9am.
I'd rather be sorry for something I've done, than for something I didn't do.

Thanks guys. Sorry I had to turn back early. Just after you turned off I decided to pull over then turn around. The mystical silver Commodore had been following us. He slowed up to check me out then carried on. There was another sitting up by the trees by that 35kph left hander which we wouldnt have seen as well.

Really? We did not get stopped at all thank goodness - at least not while I was with the group, which was until we got back to Kaukapakapa and I turned off. I had a blast but pretty knackered now! Thanks to everyone for a fun day

    Regular weekend rides

Okay reading these posts I don't feel so paranoid now about being followed this morning by a silver unmarked Holden approaching Kaukapakapa. I've ridden through Wellsford many times but this is the first time I've been stalked en route by our finest.

When I came back thru Peak Rd at 4 pm the silver commodore had pulled over a very unhappy looking young man on a sports bike in 80kmh zone. His mates wer all waiting for him a km further up the road.

Realistically on a sunday there is always going to be police patrolling sh16 as there are many people the organize rides along there.
Also with today being an awesome day, which as we go into winter will likely be few and far between they may have been out in more force.

But non of us go pulled over while in a group, not sure about afterwards. But always try to stick to the rules up 16 for this reason.
I felt an emotion bubbling up from the inside.
    It was warm.
    Is coffee an emotion?

Yeah I think I saw the same guy, or perhaps another victim! Either way, he looked VERY unhappy. Must have been more than a slap on the wrist.
Awesome day, great roads, great group of people. Cheers all!
