There's a Herald at an engineer's down the road awaiting restoration. Looks to be in pretty excellent nick body wise, outside is straight looking (looks like rooted original paint) and the bulkhead is in pretty good condition for a Herald that is untouched.
Makes me need a classic again.

There's a 76 BMW 520 down south I really, really fancy (I had one a few years ago, NZ new 73, was a grouse car). Far better engineered car than the P6 was. But, that's not unexpected

    Do it.

There was a OK looking maxi that just sold for $650 on tardme the other day.

Still see the odd 6/110 for sale, saw a manual one for sale in Gore. That'd do me nicely (being a parent sucks sometimes lol)

Mk I's are pretty lush with AUSTIN spelt out in the bonnet. Plus they're nice on the inside (not quite as nice as the Wolseley though) and that's important to me.

That should be in the jokes and humor thread.

This should get you guys' hearts a-flutterin'.

Beautiful condition - bit pricey but would be an excellent buy for the right person.

Imagine rocking up to VTNZ in that and asking for a warrant.
