Ummm I think that's more to do with the Honda engine which currently has the edge on the KTM.

Mahindra was fairly competitive in Barvelona too.

Two brothers fighting it out with Miller and Vinales in the mix sounds like a plan.

Edit: I meant Miller, Fixed DuH!! thanks Pritch You must spread more rep B4 giving it to Pritch....................LALALA

Had a freckin weird dream last night? Prob generated by the extraordinary way they seem to get on?
Rossi retired, put his full energy into VR46, MM left Honda and went to ride for Rossi.
Rossi became the winning-est MotoGP participant in all Moto GP history ( manager and rider) and was congratulating MM on his 10th tittle to beat his record and become the new goat.
    Now there's a prediction
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Nah.....dunno 'bout that, he has only won twice in 3 seasons. But I do think he's doing a heck of a good job, always up there when it gets to those last few laps.
Wonder if he's up for a moto 2 ride next year ?

He's doing better than his brother was at the same stage apparently. Haven't checked up on that, but if it's true he's going to be scary fast.

Better ad a blurb about the racing. Had started to get bored with Motogp with Vale getting as predictable a s Foggy in the SBK days but man the Martinez is a legend, just love the way that thing is slid way past the edge and recovered all the time.

I'd add to the other guys comment that broadcast tv there's prob a lot of loss/compression in the sound dept to save money/bandwidth etc... compared to a TV ad for latest holden or porche where they would have top of the line mics recording sound in all the right places and multi channel mixing/editing etc. If only they could put a pro level sound recorder on board the bike but it would be quite a weight/space penalty for whoever carrying it. Started using one of these for my vids:

That's a cool looking toy, I don't even know exactly what it is but I like the look of it.

Still, I don't think that a recording will give a completely realistic impression. Just as you don't feel the concussion on your face when they have explosions on TV, and the ground under your feet remains unmoved when the big V8s are racing on screen, a recording of the GP bikes may lack something - even with a good sound system.

It might be fun to try though.

here ya go the Honda team ( if Dani's of the same mind??)

Suppo: ‘Honda’s priority is to keep Pedrosa’
Honda keen to renew Pedrosa before Silverstone
    Tuesday, 17 June 2014
Livio Suppo has declared that Honda aims to retain the services of Dani Pedrosa, whose current contract expires at the end of 2014.
Pedrosa has raced with Repsol Honda Team since he stepped up to the MotoGP™ premier class at the start of 2006, having also taken the majority of the manufacturer’s 100 Grand Prix victories since the four-stroke era began in 2002.

With reigning World Champion Marc Marquez having in May extended his Honda contract until at least the end of 2016, Pedrosa is yet to put pen to paper.

“For sure, we will speak with Alberto (Puig, manager to Dani Pedrosa),” Suppo explains. “Of course, the priority for Dani is to remain here and the priority for Honda is to keep him here – and that is what we have to do. Now we will go ahead, but there is no rush.”

In Barcelona last Sunday, Pedrosa came extremely close to winning for the first time this year, but dropped to third place following contact with Marquez on the final lap.

Well that's no surprise. Pedro is doing exactly what he's meant to be doing. Signing up someone else would mean giving up the best wingman in the MotoGP.
