For a few years previously this would not have been permitted under what became known as the "Spies rule", but MM is MM and is Spanish so...
first three spots on the grid at Sachsenring. Not a coincidence.

    Boys trying the 2015 RC213V http://www.superbikeplanet.com/2014/Jul/140716nna.htm

One comment - "highlighting corner speed improvements", does that mean they definitely will out George George (Jorge) next year?

Here there's some quicky videos http://www.crash.net/motogp/news/206...015-honda.html

Have been catching up on Twitter:

Stoner went for a ride on a Honda F6C. "Loved it. Yes please." says Casey. Not what I'd have picked would have spun his wheels but...
    http://driving.ca/honda/reviews/road...a-f6c-valkyrie

Crutchlow posted a pic of himself in the pool with his wife. Both heavily bandaged arms held aloft to keep things dry. (Compartment syndrome surgery)

Nicky Hayden has had some small bones removed from his wrist to give a greater range of movement.

There is starting to be some argument among commentators about the wisdom, or the lack thereof, of Jack Miller going straight to MotoGP. For them to be discussing this it's just possible somebody is actually considering it. I was unaware Matt Oxley had that much influence?

Bradders is holidaying in Monaco. Alright for some :-)

Best way to turn the thing is by liberable use of the right hand. Why wouldn't he like it?
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

Many racers won't ride on the road, too dangerous. Rossi, Milandri, and some others had road bikes but the photos I've seen of the road bikes owned by racers tended to be more sporting. Or scooters. One Brit racer, Shakey Byrne IIRC, owns a custom Harley.

Some places in Oz you have to ride hours to find a bend, so depending on the topography where Stoner resides, a Valkyrie might be ideal. It'll make a change from model cars anyway.
It's also possible of course, that as a loyal former Honda employee, he was just indulging in PR speak?

Other "news" overnight: Suppo says that Honda have not signed Jack Miller to ride MotoGP. The rumours, however, persist.

Suzuki have reportedly reached agreement with Maverick Vinales to ride GPs in 2015. (The other half of Oxley's formula to beat Marquez.)

Being reported: Maverick Vinales has one of the Suzuki rides. Dovizioso resigned with Dookatti.

Meanwhile Cal Crutchlow has apparently crashed his hospital bed, reportedly after the front castor wheels washed out on him. His recovery from the arm pump operation is going swimmingly after the physio told him the best exercise for this sort of thing is wanking.
