    Theres scenery on the dustybutt?

    Probarbly sit this one out and do a longer trip down there on the BMW to see some of this scenery you guys are talking about.
    I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

    I like the claim on the website.

    "The DB1K route has varied over the years, however the southern route has proven to be the most popular by offering riders both outstanding riding terrain and stunning scenery."

    The southern route is most popular because the last time it was run anywhere else was in 2009.

    It's a pity the top of the south doesn't have any stunning scenery or riding terrain

    It's diffrent for me each year...
    make sure i never fall off in the same
    place... just full of surprises it is...

    im keen for the northern route again as a one daya

    The Original DB1K is all public roads. Just need $20 for the Rainbow.
    Wouldn't mind trying it as a 1 dayer now.
    The 350 would be my bike of choice, but the headlight isn't up to night riding...

    Just talking to a mate and he tells me there's a big event of something on same weekend as dustybutt and all accommodation fully booked. Oh bugger, stuff's things up a bit.

    Just looked, only one of 3 accommodation websites I checked was booked out, other 2 still had a few vacancies.

    Wonder if people could pitch a tent in the show ground.

    Or BYO van.
