Shit, you've either been very busy or googled really hard to find that..

But yes that should solve all the carb problems...

From experience with the Britten injection manifolding, I can tell you that that lot will be heavier than carbs.
If you want to do it properly, do it like John did and cast them from a carbon fiber based bog.
The final version of the Britten ones were unbelievably light - and they seem to have lasted well too, I've never heard of anyone needing a replacement.

casting or cnc them out would be a good starting point i think , my mate has carbon ones on his rx7 so if i ever get there they would be stage 2

It's all about compression on those things. i was shown a set of 400cc pistons a guy down here did on cnc some years ago. I said very nice but why are you wasting your time on that pos...didn't go down well. On those you can't machine anything to get more com due to the cam setup. On the RC30 you could shim the cam towers up to compensate for what came off the heads not on the NC.
Have you done the crank clearances ? as they come they're way too tight. Going to the thinnest shells - yellow ? - is worth about 5 HP. Same shells as the VF400F

Cheers mate, I think those numbers and enthusiasm is building nicely in the background.

I may have swung too much in the GP though, have just got back from Hospital having had appendicitis, the Doctors cut it out last night. Did a good job though, as I am on my feet and out of there having had the 3 1/2 hour operation finish at 11pm last night. Keyhole surgery is the business!

Sorry ChrisC, the you know what parts are still to be done, and I have been told to stay away from work for a day or three. That comment will stir interest up in the natives...

Beauty of the current F3 rules is you can take them to 450 so the comp is a two birds one stone.
The pistons and blanks are available from the UK

Scott is a bit voyeuristic with that camera.

I tend to do all my debauchery on a CNC. Speaking of which I am working on a "trick head" for the two-stroke... oooh errrr.....behave

That may have been a clip on a super motard video I watched by accident recently.

    Didn't you watch it live?
