it was a, errrr, interesting experience riding that thing. when it decided to work that is.

Perhaps its a classic case of accidentally adding an extra zero?

I rode one a young lass bought brand new. I was used to riding old shitters. It was still the worst bike I'd ever ridden.

I've seen that bike in the flesh and it's stunning. Lee dressed it up because he could and it's what he liked.
I also know the history of the one at avon city, it was owned by a mate, one of the first in NZ and had the engine replaced as a factory recall even though the dealers at the time tried their hardest not to do it
You are being a bit sparse with the full story on both bikes! Totally agree with you on Lee's bike. Beautiful bike. The other one, well sounds like HDC is all over that like a rash! You just go for it, you good thing you!

Read post 3564. If I was looking to buy an RSV4, I would try my hardest to get Lee's bike @ MDU. Lee is the owner of James Lee design and a very talented air brush etc painter, that bike will be perfect. Although the bike at Avon city Suzuki is very nice, there is no comparison. Also big age difference.
I have no interest in this bike. I had dealings with Lee in 2009 and haven't seen him since. But he's a top bloke.

Sorry, I think that would be mischievous. I would back up FlashG on Lee's bike being a stunner.
