Seems he was struggling to keep up with the RMX of Suzuki goodness.
I think he was on the crack pipe between lap 2 and 3 the speed he went out at

This was lap 2, some random went past, then was fucking about, should have picked a better time to look over his shoulder

One of the RM250 needle options is the NEDJ, works well in lots of bikes, perhaps find out what the RMX has in it and see what its running, if it has a smaller base diameter, could be worth a try. The only RMX I rode sounded a bit like that on small throttle openings.
Don't you look at my accountant.

It's got whatever was factory in the PJ carb that came off it (most likely DGN, R1472L 1L), I just swapped internals into the PWK, I'm not fussy enough to care even though I know it is not 100 %

I know I've gone down a couple of main jet sizes and leaned it out one clip on the needle

There was a special made for the mid 90's CR125 that works on a worn CR500 carb. i found one close i a carb i had here. It was night and day.
it has a real thick lower section.
Keihin needs a good kicking for not making the needle jet easily replaceable like a Mikuni

Yours doesn't sound as bad mine , it was like a 125 powerband to ride only 2.5 times the power. yours is still pretty smooth and linear sounding just fat sounding past the pilot

Lap one (video) is my sighting lap and picking the racing lines, lap two is me starting to loosen up, lap three and I'm good to go.

I thought I was slowing you down, so I twisted the throttle a bit more on the 300

Lap one was a bit of a cock up, I missed a turn and while turning around I thought both Mike and Flash had gone past me, so I'm trying to catch Mike and Flash, while not realising Flash was still behind me

Well Flash doesn't really qualify for any of those
