I must say it is very refreshing to see tdl admitting that the election deniers are all fringe lunatics, which is currently at least 80 percent plus of the republican party

One of Trump's many legal actions came to an unsuccessful conclusion yesterday after only seven years. Back then there were some protestors at Trump Tower. Whether on Trump's instructions or not, his personal security staff went down and roughed up the protestors who subsequently initiated a civil action for assault.

The case finally made it to court. After challenging prospective jurors to the maximum number permitted, it became apparent to Trump's legal team that the jurors did not like Trump. At all. They were in deep shit and sinking fast. After some presumably panicked discussion they decided to make the plaintiffs an offer so generous they couldn't refuse. The offer was immediately accepted, so it must have been good.

Another batch of Trump begging emails is probably already in the in-boxes of the gullible.

    "...........
I don’t settle cases,” Trump said. “I don’t do it because that’s why I don’t get sued very often, because I don’t settle, unlike a lot of other people.” He added, “You know what, let’s see what happens in court.”

WASHINGTON — Washington, D.C., and former President Donald Trump reached a settlement Tuesday in a lawsuit the city brought accusing his business and inaugural committee of improperly spending nonprofit funds.

The eight-page filing in D.C. Superior Court says Trump has agreed to pay the city government $750,000.

The city government alleged that Trump's presidential inaugural committee misused funds by "overpaying for events at the Trump Hotel to the private benefit of the Trump Hotel and Trump Organization" and by "paying for a hotel room contract at the Loews Madison Hotel

That would be more believable. "I never settle my bills"

Throughout his White House tenure, President Donald Trump and his family repeatedly directed taxpayer funds toward his hospitality business. But until now, we didn’t know just how bad it really was. By repeatedly charging the Secret Service as much as five times the allowable government rate to protect his family at Trump properties, Trump twisted the Secret Service’s protective mission into a personal cash cow — all while apparently lying about it to taxpayers.
Thanks to this week’s release by the House Oversight and Reform Committee, we have those forms unredacted. And we see that, for example, on a night in November 2017, when the government rate set by the GSA for a hotel room in Washington was supposed to be capped at $201, the Trump hotel charged agents $1,185 per room for Donald Trump Jr.’s visit.

As always Trump is playing out the clock. He has been claiming privileges that don't exist but each requires another court hearing and then an appeal. He has been claiming that no actions against him can be conducted prior to the election. It's now thought he will announce his candidacy for president a week or two after the election because he says a presidential candidate can't be prosecuted. That's a new one. Normally candidates delay announcing as long as they can because once they announce they are running, tighter rules around money come in to play.

It is true though that he could run from prison.

The Justice department has hired two new prosecutors. One has experise in prosecuting espionage. The other has experience in prosecuting organised crime and in working with cooperating witnesses.

CNN reported these changes along the lines of in case they were required. It's unlikely the Justice Dept hires partners in big name law firms just in case.

It's thought that there will be developments following the election. I hope so they've been dithering long enough.

Hes also banking on some of those congressional hearings being dissolved if the republican's get control of the house.
he's also still spouting conspiracy theories to deflect blame about the politically motivated hammer attack on the Pelosi's husband.

“weird things going on in that household,” and repeated the unfounded idea that a window in the Pelosi home was “broken from the inside to the out. It wasn’t a break-in, it was a break-out.”
Conspiracy theories and mockery of the attack on Pelosi were heavily promoted by prominent conservative pundits, including Donald Trump Jr., Rep. Clay Higgins, and the hosts of Fox News’ Fox & Friends. The hashtag “PelosiGayLover” trended after newly christened Twitter owner Elon Musk posted a link to an article from the Santa Monica Observer, a notorious right-wing rag known for peddling false information, claiming the attacker was actually Pelosi’s same-sex lover.

I saw somewhere that his run was conditional on the GOP getting the House back. Hence choosing the announcement date matters.

I know it's not the same system but like John Key he won't work as a politician if he or his party is not in power.

Good thing she is over here. Women actually do not have the same rights as men in the Free world.

FFS! Half the population of the entire Fucking World are Women. Anyone oppressing them should be eradicated without delay.

The gloves are off, but Trump is seriously misreading the magat room lol

He has coined a nickname for ron desatan, that being ron sanctimonious.
check out the comments at fox. Trumps run to tbe Republican presidential run may not be as cut and dried as he thinks.
naturally what i find funny, is one of the rare times he actually tells the truth, the magats pound on him for it

"Trump mocks DeSantis at Pennsylvania rally: 'Ron DeSanctimonious'"

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/tru...esanctimonious

Desatan is going to gut trump like a fish lol

I did no such thing. If you are going to try and put words in my mouth, have I taught you nothing?
