I still wonder how long is too long to wait for your investment to peak. At my age that has no real appeal to me other than knowing what it was. Add another 10 years and yeah, that guy could have spare coin and have wanted one 'cause his uncle used to turn up on one. Add another 10 years and he wouldn't be so keen on manhandling it and his uncle's been put in the ground a while back.

He needs to watch my favourite custom builder (46works Shiroh Nakajima) - he gets titanium tube and heats it, by hand to make smooth curves to fit those engines. it is beautiful. And you know you're watching an actual craftsman at the top of his game. Zen, and stuff.

This new Ducati Monster is a nice looking little bike. only ten grand too. Its got all the Monster signatures though: trellis frame, upright riding position, feisty little engine (water cooled on this version), and OK cycle components.
