He reckons he is changing his account to 'trader'.

    Correction, he already has.

He's advertising the whole collection in the wrong place. The monkey should be in collectible toys not motors.
And most of the cars won't sell on tardme. Shouid be in specialist auctions.

I see he's ChCh but none of the collection rings any bells with me and nor does the vendor name.

I know of one young self-made guy in town with a fondness for collecting cars like these, but I can't confirm it is him. And I wouldn't expect his ads to be like that to be honest.

I remember seeing one of those (with the front stoved in from memory) at Turners. Think my Bro in law ŵas looking at something else but pointed it out to me as some history.

Slightly worryingly, it had 2 blue pipes. OE points ignition....i offered the use of a timing light to check and reset but they were booked to stop in Oamaru
and were happy to run it like that till then.
If I'd paid that much I'd have wanted sensible upgrades.

I think he will build you what you want. The ones I like are the restomodded ones a la Bulldock and those guys. I think you'd be investing considerably more than $45k NZD though.

    Wink

Never really liked those mufflers that aren't really bigger than the pipe they sit on. Wheels look nice.
RWU forks suit that style bike.

Yeah bud, I have a mate who had one made for him.All very nice, but 40 odd grand, nah !

As an old fella, i prefer newer !
Even my old GSX1400 is getting on a bit now at 14 years.
(which is sort of an evolution of the older still, GSX1100 of 1980.)
Probably why I like it ? It will see me out I reckon ?
